The Reclamation Retreat

Day 1 (11/8): The Arrival: Clearing & Opening the Channel

Goal: Ground into the space, release stress, and prepare the body & mind for the transformation ahead.

Founder of House of Her Inheritance™, Laura Doughty is a legacy builder, serial entrepreneur, and intuitive brand strategist devoted to helping women awaken their ancestral wealth and embody their highest frequency of self-worth, sovereignty, and success.

With over two decades of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Laura has coached more than 4,000 clients and generated over $6 billion in sales, specializing in luxury properties and lifestyle curation for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Her career has always centered around creating environments that reflect identity, excellence, and expansion.

A lover of all things travel, beauty, and bold feminine energy, Laura also founded a luxury wellness spa and organic skincare line in Malibu, worked alongside Aveda, and launched multiple coaching and branding programs that fuse operations with energetic alignment.

Her entrepreneurial fire was lit early—both her parents were business owners—and in 2001, after a successful corporate career, she followed her soul’s calling west to California. Since then, she’s built a life that blends freedom, elegance, and purpose, now residing mostly in New York, and sharing the rest of her time in California, and her hometown of Mayfield, Kentucky, where she runs a 501(c)3 nonprofit empowering young girls to dream boldly.

A 7x marathoner, podcaster, and intuitive guide, Laura’s greatest joys are giving back to young women through mentorship and her beloved English bulldog Daisy Grace and her green-eyed black cat, Miss Jasmine Leo, who remind her daily that love, luxury, and legacy start at home.
